We appreciate you as a customer, and we hope you are now enjoying your new BEDONNE item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in the form of exchange only by following our Return Policy below.

We are deeply grateful for your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We do not accept returns or refunds, only exchange. All exchanges must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all originals tags and labels attached.

To exchange an item, you must contact our customer service by sending an email to customerservice@bedonne.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your invoice number, item reference that you are returning and the reference of the product you are exchanging for. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, proof of purchase, return form, and mail your return to the following address:

It is important to note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• A 15% restocking fee will be carried for all returns.
• Pre-order and items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The garment must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and still fitted with their respective labels and all security tags.
• Items must be dispatched to our office within ten (10) days of original purchase.
• Shipping costs are not covered by BEDONNE when sent back, feel free to use your best local post office for the right service and tracking ID.
• Please don’t forget to attach your return form, that we included on your initial purchase.
• Items on sale are not returnable for any exchange or refund.
• We are unable to receive or accept returns after ten (10) days of your purchase.
• Items that have been sent to us after ten (10) days will be refuse and returned back to you.
• Take care that items that have been worn, altered, washed or contain any sign of makeup, food, or any other marks or stains won’t be accepted, and it will be sent back to you.
